WHAT IS CYCLE TRACKING?

Cycle tracking involves observing and recording daily
observations of biomarkers of fertility.
These external biomarkers serve as
indicators of internal fluctuations
in hormones.
Tracking may be used for health monitoring and/or family planning purposes.
